A note on Guide Applications

First and most importantly, if you've put in a Guide application, thank you!

Second and almost as importantly, if you haven't gotten a response on your Guide application, don't take offense! We usually only respond to applications we are going to pull up for an interview. That's not to say you won't ever get one - my app was sitting in the forum for nearly a year without a response before I finally got called up.

I'd also like to add that if you're filling out a Guide application, be as thorough as possible! We aren't looking for one sentence responses here. We want to get to know you as a person, and you've only got one forum post to sell yourself as a good addition to the CSR team. While we aren't english nazi's, we are looking for coherent sentence, punctuation, complete thoughts, and legible formatting. Don't expect a response if you can't use capital letters, periods, etc.!

Lastly, we are looking to add 2-3 more guides, possibly more, right now. If you have a guide application in, please be sure it's up-to-date! Especially your available time - we need a real number here, an actual amount of time you'll be able to dedicate purely to CSR work and nothing else.
