![]() on occasion when the spell lands I receive the message that damage has been done, but none has. I don't receive the heal either, but mana is taken.

![]() I notice this with any spell near water, especially when aoeing seafuries.
you get the message that it lands, but no damage is reported and no health is subtracted.

![]() Does your target have Rune or one of the skin line of spells up? If so it's doing damage to that.

![]() Sea furies would not have runes but something in felwithe might

![]() I don't think its a rune, none of the other guards in felwithe A or B are casting runes, been there from 51-55. They are all Paladins & Divine Favor isn't till 55. And that is only a 150 damage. Hitting for a full 310 and nothing is registering.

![]() There's enchanters in both felwithe A and B that rune and haste guards. Probably only one guard in each zone walks close enough for it though.

![]() If your target is in water and you are levitating over that water, you should not be able to land any spells on them at all.
You need to be in the same fluid medium as your target when the spell finishes. If you're in air your target needs to also be in air when spell lands. If you're in water your target needs to also be in water when spell lands. This is not a bug and is intended. It prevent you from kiting above water with levitate when water was intended to inhibit such behavior.

![]() it happens even when they are close to the water but not in the water, just on the shore.
that part is the bug part
