( ) Find Kaiaren near ruins near Sebilis tunnel in Traks Teeth. Ask him

about the Celestial Fists then turn in book to him. Have enchanter use

blanket of forgetfulness on him and go talk to his true form to be sent

on mission to destroy Eejag.

Fist of Fire
( ) Find fire sprite in Lavastorm and say "I challenge you, Eejag" to

spawn Eejag. Defeat Eejag in lava pit near Sol A/B and Temple.
( ) Take scales back to Kaiaren's true form in TT. He will give you next

mission and scales back.

Fist of Air
( ) Go to Dojorn's Island in Plane of Sky. Hand scales to "a presence"

to spawn Gwan. Kill Gwan and loot his breath.

Fist of Earth
( ) Hand breath into "a sleeping ogre" in Mines of Nurga to spawn

Trunt. Kill Trunt and loot his head.

Fist of Water
( ) Find dark elf named Deep in underwater caverns of Lake Rathe and

turn in the head. She will give it back then despawn. (optional)
( ) Go to Overthere and locate a monk named Astral Projection. Hand

him the head and receive Eye of Kaiaren.
( ) In Lake of Ill Omen, out on the platform in the middle of the lake,

you will find Astral Projection again. Give him the Eye to spawn

Vorash and Deep. Once both mobs die, Xenovorash will spawn. He

drops a Demon's Fang.
( ) Hand either form of Kaiaren (Mad or True) the Book of the

Celestial Fists and the Demon Fangs, and receive the Monk Epic, the

Gloves called the Celestial Fists.

( ) He despawns, when he respawns, hand him the Tattered Parchment

and the Book of Souls. This spawns Renux. Kill her and loot the

Jagged Diamond Dagger and Translated Parchment.

General's Pouch

( ) Go back to Highpass Hold and give Stanos the Translated

Parchment, recieve a Sealed Box.
( ) Spawn the General at night with the sealed box. Kill General

V'Ghera in Kithicor, loot the General's Pouch.
