Daemon "Compatibility Issues"

Hey all,

So I just downloaded EQ Titanium and daemon..when I click on daemon it says I have "compatibility issues". I have a fairly new computer - does this mean I already have virtual disc capability and don't need dameon?

Thanks in advance - I'm eager to get my 1999 grind on!
