![]() I'm trying out red (Trying really hard to)
my parties keep getting perma broke up by twinks about every 20min. and am to poor/low level to go anywhere else right now. Also is everyone a caster? Super hard to find someone to tank for a party around level 10ish. So a few things I'm asking. Where should I be trying to level? (that would be twink stomped 4 times an hour) What class should I start here that will be needed? (I like playing every class but a wizard and bard.) Posting here to give the server one more shot before calling it. (Mostly b/c of the twinks that feel they need to kill true noobs over and over)

![]() You are most likely to get twink stomped in CB, Unrest and Mistmoore. That said this is where you're also going to find a lot of groups.
Which class are you? Yes, tanks are hard to find because they depend on gear. Always seems to be plenty of rogues and rangers though so pick one of them up. Also most of the twink PKers only camp people who rage on them. YMMV

![]() Play a tank if that's what you're having trouble finding. Paly's are great. You don't need to be heavily geared to be a good tank as a paly or sk. Try forming your own groups for off the path places thus avoiding the twinks.

![]() Adventurer's Guide to Leveling
I was always curious if the true adventurer at heart could travel the whole of Norrath as they leveled without taking far too long to progress. This could be the answer! [1] Here are the rules. Suggest a single zone and spot in said zone to level a single level after 10. This zone can only be used once, so if you see it on the list think of something different! The goal is to make a list of the ultimate journey where you and a friend can go and adventure while gaining a level in a different zone for each level from 10-60. We can do this, there's over 80 zones in Classic/Kunark! No speculation, you actually have to have gained a level at a reasonable pace in the area you suggested with a un-twinked duo/group. For instance, a bad example would be suggesting City of Mist from level 24-25. Make it feasible so that a new player could take a friend to your spot and gain a level there. Can we create the ultimate leveling adventure? Will update with posts, I will start: theguyy / community 10-11 Crushbone(entrance mobs) 11-12 Blackburrow(bottom of ramp) 12-13 Western Karana(bandits east of Misty Storyswapper) 13-14 Befallen(entrance) 14-15 Unrest(entrance) 15-16 Kurn's Tower(main floor) 16-17 Erud's Crossing(wisps) 17-18 Najena(elementals) 18-19 Lesser Faydark(sisters camp) 19-20 Oasis of Marr(orc highway) 20-21 Upper Guk(squire camp) 21-22 Mistmoore(zone entrance) 22-23 Lake of Ill Omen(beach north of FV) 23-24 Overthere(trash near warsilk) 26-27 Gorge of King Xorbb(evil eyes) 27-28 Everfrost(random mammoths) 28-29 Warsilk Woods(giant fort) 29-30 Rathe Mountains(giant skeletons near lake rathe) 30-31 Highhold Keep(goblins or guards) 31-32 South Karana(splitpaw spires) 32-33 Solesk's Eye(first goblin room) 33-34 Infected Paw(up to double doors) 34-35 ... 35-36 Lower Guk(dead entrance) 36-37 Frontier Mountains(giant fort) 37-38 ... 38-39 Ocean of Tears(spectres) 39-40 The Hole(elementals) 40-41 Oggok(bouncers) 41-42 City of Mist(courtyards) 42-43 ... 43-44 ... 44-45 ... 45-46 ... 46-47 ... 47-48 ... 48-49 ... 49-50 ... 50-51 ... 51-52 Nagafen's Lair(bats) 52+ ... Bubbles Level 1: Akanon Underground Level 2: Greater Fay Level 3: Steamfont Level 4: Misty Thicket Level 5: East Freeport Level 6: Crushbone Level 7: Butcher Block Level 8: Kith Forest Level 9: East Commons Level 10: Nek Forest (zombie ruins by EC zoneline) Level 11: North Ro (Scarabs, bandits) Level 12: South Ro (derv camps) Level 13: West Commonlands (more dervs, or deathfist orcs) Level 14: Dagnars Cauldron (goblins and rats and skellys oh my!) Level 15: Erud's Xing (Wisps) Level 16: Lavastorm (anything within 5 square miles of najena.. altho druid rings is a great pull spot, ppl port in who can buff + sow!) Level 17: Najena (elementals and TTs) Level 18: Lesser Faydark (Nybrights still give light blue here, can swap out 17+18 and hit LF at 17 and najena at 18 i guess) Level 19: East Karana (anything not currently being kited by a bard, reavers and such /con the best at 19 tho) Level 20: Highpass Hold (orcs or gnolls, you make the call!) Level 21: Unrest (1st floor if solo, fireplace if grouped) Level 22: Mistmoore (zone in to GY) Level 23: South Karana (chickens!) Level 24: West Karana (ask a druid to track something blue, it's there somewhere) Level 25: Lake Rathe (more chickens, different zone) Level 26: Everfrost (Mammoths, higher level orcs. bonus points for ganking the vengeful soloist out of spite) Level 27: Beholders Maze (Evil Eyes, PBBs for all!) Level 28: Rathe Mtns (Giant Skeletons, drakes n such) Level 29: Cazic Thule (Lizards) Level 30: Runnyeye (goblins) Level 31: Permafrost (goblins) Level 32: Sol A (goblins) Level 33: Highkeep (guards or goblins, choose your own adventure) Level 34: Split Paw (gnolls) Level 35: Lower Guk (zone in or bedroom/spiders in a group) Level 36: OOT (specs or seafurys in a duo/group) Level 37: Feerott (specs or bouncer hurd) Level 38: West Freeport (It's not EQ without at least *one* level of killing guards or warrior guild npcs) Level 39: The Hole (elementals) Level 40: Oggok (Bouncer smash yu!) Level 41: Oasis (Specs or Sand Giants or DW goblins) Level 42: Kedge (kill fish i guess, i always avoided this zone like the plague.) Thats pretty much it for old world.. Using Kunark is cheating IMO. Orruar I have an alternate progression which doesn't require much travel between the zones, particularly in the earlier levels when travel is more dangerous and difficult. Once you get to 35+, travel is easier and so the gaps become larger. Many of these are probably not ideal, but I'm pretty sure they're all doable with a solid soloer or a decent duo/trio. Certainly some will be slow. Level 10: Qeynos Catacombs Level 11: Qeynos Hills Level 12: Blackburrow (elites) Level 13: West Karana (bandits) Level 14: North Karana Level 15: East Karana Level 16: Gorge of King Xorbb Level 17: Runnyeye Level 18: Highpass Hold Level 19: South Karana Level 20: Lake Rathe Level 21: Feerrott Level 22: Cazic Thule Level 23: South Ro Level 24: Upper Guk Level 25: Warsliks Woods Level 26: Dalnir Level 27: LOIO Level 28: Frontier Mountains Level 29: Nurga Level 30: FV Level 31: Unrest (hags) Level 32: Mistmoore Level 33: Kedge Level 34: OT Level 35: EJ Level 36: TT Level 37: Kaesora Level 38: SolA (gnomes) Level 39: Rathe Mountains (hill giants) Level 40: Paw Level 41: Oggok (guards) Level 42: DL Level 43: Droga Level 44: Butcherblock (guards?) Level 45: OoT (seafuries) Level 46: Kithicor (undead?) Level 47: Everfrost (ice giants) Level 48: Permafrost (animals) Level 49: Hole Level 50: Lower Guk Level 51: SolB Level 52: CoM (upper) Level 53: BW Level 54: Skyfire Level 55: TD Raptors Level 56: KC Level 57: Chardok Level 58: Sebilis Level 59: HS

![]() I think one of the most important things people don't think about on a pvp server is that the guy trying to kill you is a person not a computer AI.
Don't follow the same rules you do in pve. Don't sit at the zoneline to rest up, pull to. Find a new spot. Don't camp at Camp A,B,C, med up inside an orc tent or something. At least make them try to find you. You're not gonna kill a level 10 twink in a fungi (yeah that one video is funny but its a full group + higher lvl buffs + the group is twinked themselves and they still only chase away the twink). Outsmart him. Hide, run different directions, fake zoning but stay and watch him run by, jump in the water and swim away. And if he kills you just call LNS and grab your body and go somewhere else. The level 10 guy in a fungi is like the guy playing GTA on cheat mode blowing the shit out of everything. It probably is fun for a few but then gets boring. If you cry and whine you just make it more fun for them. These twinks aren't that common anyways. You remember their names, when they come in the zone just be ready, move your group, stop pulling etc.

![]() just power through...
once you obtain a lvl in which you can join the end game raiding zerg guild you will no longer have to worry about pvp. You will be showered with neverending dragon/god raids and be golden showered with pixels. If at any point someone does try to attack you rest assured there is atleast 5-10 pals to help you within 1 zone travel distance.
