Binding in Kael

You can only bind at the zones in Kael, on live you could bind at the bank and in the tormax's area for sure and probably in the rest of the zone.

Only being able to bind at zone in Kael is not classic for pretty much all of Velious. Ie it only became restricted to ZI on 11/7/01 - Luclin was launched less than a month later (12/04/01). So yea....

LoS got their AoW kill by bind rushing him in the arena. I'd say that not being able to repeat a classic kill is pretty not-classic! I realize you can't dynamically change it, but it IS a patch that it went in.

Looks like a decision has already been made on it, also bind rushing is dumb.
