Black screen of Death.

I installed Titanium to a fresh directory. (Not in Program Files)
I copied over the p99 files to the directory.
I deleted the files the guide told me to.
I run Titanium Launcher.

Black Screen.

The yellow cursor can be seen.

I believe this might be a problem with screen resolution, or maybe it was a bad install.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Edit: Solved by hitting CTRL + ALT + ENTER.
