Ranger epic MQ under 55 ?? (yup I'm newish)

I have a Ranger, I like to play my Ranger, currently I have mostly hung out with my Druid friend (and getting closer to their lvl, which will become grouping/duo). I'm not loaded with plat, and owe my Druid friend plat from the gear I currently wear (which isn't terrible... but certainly not great either), so the question at last....
Are the Ranger Epics able to be MQ'd, and before 55 ??? and has it happened.. what were the prices? Unless I get into a Raid guild I believe it will be extremely hard to even think about getting epics.
(as I have a job and a life and cannot be on all the time not saying that people who are in raid guilds don't have a life lol. I'm just saying that its hard for me to be able to find more then a couple hours a night to log on unless I have vacation/break from work.. or a weekend)

I was ready for ranger epic (short fay / Inny MQs) on Zalea at 35. TMO scum leadership disagree with me about how cool a lv 35 epic ranger would be so I had to wait till the less ridiculous level of 53. So yes, it's possible. No I'm not telling you how and cancer.

Last I check you could get VS stone for 125k, Inny stone for 200k.
I'm surprised Inny stone costs more since it's rangers only and not that useful in raids but there you go.

because the inny stone gets you earthcaller, which makes you alot more viable in groups. swiftwind is nice but you can get other haste items and be fine without it.

Yes.

You can get 36% with a CoF.

You can't replace Earthcallers stats, DPS or proc. The 2hs sword with slow kills their DPS.

Tl;dr - All VS stones should go to druid epics.

Inny drop costs more than VS drop because VS drop is guaranteed while Inny's loot table is FUBAR.

Earthcaller is a terrible group weapon unless you're tanking, the mobs are rooted, or you're ok with chain casting jolt.
