Turn in while Feign Death

I was wondering if you could do a turn in while Feign Death on a necro? I want to be able to do the Bat Fur Quest in South Qeynos to Caleah Herblender so that I can get my Order of Three faction up. Can this work? Could I feign death behind her and give her bat fur while laying on the ground?
