Just popping in to introduce myself. I ,like most of you, played old school eq but my time started at the release of Kunark and ended @ LDoN.

I played and maxed out a ranger and beastlord. Epics,yadda yadda. keys and such. Was a really big time raider most of my career as that is the part I most enjoy.

I rolled a Ranger here and even tho many put us down I am still going to hack away at it. Unless.....

I like being a little unique and since most do not think too highly of Rangers it was my first choice. I did do rather well twisting up to 5 songs old school with no macroing on a twink bard i got to 58.

I think what it is I just do not want to be bard number 5 on a raid. Thoughts ? How many high level bards are there on this server that play regularly?

NEVER enough bards on raids.

TOO MANY anywhere hill giants, seafurys, and specs spawn, or any form of the Karanas.

That about sums it up.

If you plan on gearing up and getting planar in a hurry, bard's a solid choice. Lord knows you could tag along on just about any hate raid and score some serious bard rots. Heaven forbid if the maestro is actually up. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Bubbles is correct. I have thought about having a Bard alt just for the sake of taking rots.
