Spells: Levant day/night time

In the last patch Levant was correctly changed to be night-only. Original post:

Problem is the timing seems off. Here's me tying at 4am:

So I tested at 6 and 7pm... and voila:
[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Interestingly, in testing this I noticed that 7PM is the dead of night and 4am is twilight. Perhaps the day/night cycle is what is slightly off?

Regardless, not working the way it should based on Daldaen's research.

8 PM - 5 AM is whatt those classic posts suggest is Night Time. Dunno what we have coded here.

Night time spells should function between 8PM and 5AM ingame hours.

Necros are starting to send me hate tells for some reason!
