Map Tool?

Hey Guys,

I've just started back on P1999 blue after a significant hiatus from the game. When I played before I was using a map utlity that was able to show your location with /loc. I have been unable to find a download for the app. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm pretty sure it was no the one that is located here:

I am not able to get that map to work at all and besides that I don't think it's the same one I was using before. The one I was previously using did have dots for mob spawns and I think that's about it.
