Good places for a 59 necro to hunt for exp/cash?
Just looking for some suggestions on where to go/what to do at this point
Any info/advice is appreciated

The http://wiki.project1999.com/Per-Level_Hunting_Guide has seventeen different spots for a level 59. Now admittedly six of them are in Howling Stones, but the remaining eleven should give you some ideas.

farm the bodyguard/chief in droga. drop off the CoS you get to mules. I have 20+ stockpiled right now for when they nerf it.

I should add that the initial break can be tough because you will have adds and damage shields to dispel, but once broken it can be cleared with 5-6 minutes before respawns with near full mana. I'd suggest using the strong tap at around ~50% on the cleric mobs as well to heal.
