Rogue defense skill ups

Hey all my rogue is moving along well hit 34 last night and just grinding away. As time has gone on I've found various green mobs that give exp to just skill defense on. I've noticed defense is lagging from the grouping tho lately.

So what do you guys do when the skill typically falls behind like that? Just grind on low blue green mobs?

Yeah, near a zone line helps. Don't have to kill anything to get the skill ups. Alternatively, go ahead and be bad though from time to time. Backstab off that warrior at 99%. You'll live.
