NPC Spawn Issue: Blackburrow Razorgill pathing

I was in Blackburrow on 11 Oct 2010. I jumped from the top into the water with my lvl 9 monk and a razorgill attacked me. I got out of the pool and went up the ramp heading for the exit. At the top of the ramp, I saw that I was being attacked by two gnolls so I stopped to kill them. While killing them, I realized that I was also being attacked by razorgill. I assume that it was the razorgill that was on me while I was in the pool. Since I was nowhere near the water at the time, it was a bit of a surprise that it was swimming in the air and still able to attack me.
