Need assistance with Kedge Keep

Anyone knowledgeable of KK know a way that I can grab something from Phinny's room? I'm trying to complete this Divine Might quest but I've read that the Swirlspines see invis and will undoubtedly own me.

If you can help, that'd be awesome! Or at least tell me some strategy that may work.

Not sure if you managed to get this done or not but one thing a couple of us found that worked was we had one lad pull and agro the mobs while 2 of us sat of to the side..Soon as they went for him we swam down the hole to get the quest piece while the puller used his WC cap to gtfo of dodge. Unfortunetly tonight I wont have much time but if you still need help tomorrow look me up on Supremacydru.
