Mouse Turning Problem

I have a problem being able to turn around using my mouse, it turns too slow even when I had the mouse sensitivity set at 100%. It works fine looking up and down, but to turn, it's really slow.

Is there a way to fix this?

Adjust your "max fps" setting (in display options) to about half way (mine is at 60fps). For some reason it affects your horizontal mouse sensitivity.
