Quests that were never really solved
A long time ago, I heard rumors (I think it was on the forums) that only about 60% of the quests in Everquest had ever been solved. I'm not sure if that was just hearsay, or someone from Verant/SOE just talking up their stuff. It did get me wondering though. A few quests do come to mind, such as the Bayle List, and the Holy Partisan of Underfoot. Were the ends of these just unimplemented, or did people just not figure them out?
I dug up this old forum from back in the day (it used to be an EZboard). http://oldunsolvedquestsineverquest.yuku.com/ It has a few interesting tidbits on it. Maybe there are some answers somewhere?
