its said the instruction 0x02b345b4 refenced memory at 0x0373f0e4 the memory could not be read it does it when i try to load in what do I need to do to fix this

Could be a lot of things, such as hard drive errors, file corruption and such. Going to need more information than that.

I'm always a big fan of running memtest if I get a lot of errors like that when running .exe's.

You basically just burn the iso to CD or install it onto a USB, boot your comp from it, then let it run for around two passes. If any errors come up (typically red), or the memtest run hangs completely, then you have some problems.
