Cannot login anymore

Hello,
I am in a hotel for the next few weeks, and I was able to login for the first 2 days. For some reason, I type my password in, and the server list now comes up empty. I have tried to restart. I have tried to let it sit for a few minutes to see if it loads. Nothing happens. I did not have a problem before, but my character crashed in EC and I have not been able to log back in since.
Is there anyway to know if my account was locked for some reason, or if the hotel wifi is just messing me up? I don't know which direction to go with this. Any help would be greatly apppreciated
