Default Left Goblin Ears Turn In Evil Race

Can an evil race turn in left goblin ears to Captain Bosec? I tried on my level 1 necro in wolf form and didn't work.

Maybe it's possible when the captain is charmed by you.

Does he need to be indifferent to turn in? Probably get an enchanter to charm him?

If that doesn't work possibly mez him, open trade with ears, invis yourself, then turn in.

First off this is horribly ineffective. Quest turn ins have an exp cap. You are wasting exp. Try turning in orc scalps once you hit 10.

Evil races/classes definitely have it harder when it comes to quest hand ins.

Lots of threads on the forums regarding "shortcuts" today... level up the classic way.

If it's anything like the captains in highpass then you need to be indifferent to turn them in. Your race and deity won't have anything to do with it, outside of what faction you start as.

I've never heard of level restrictions on quest turn ins in this game, outside of maybe the epic quests?

I did this recently, like mr jon3s said, the xp gain is capped on completion for quests. I used df belts to level my necromancer to level 9, then turned in orc scalps till 15, then ears.

I tipped a enchanter to charm the quest mobs for my completions. I didn't receive any faction hits for turning the items in, but I was there for the xp anyways.

especially as a necromancer, power leveling is going to make your Defense skill-ups very painful later in life.

Thanks for input. I'll hold off till a higher level was not thinking about an xp cap. Casters are a pain at low levels well worth the power level and worry about defense later.
