Troll 20% or 28%

Confused by the wiki entry. Under "Races" and Shaman links it shows troll/iks with 20% penalty, yet under the Shadowknight link it shows them at 168% (thus 28% instead of 20%).

I am pretty sure Iks/troll is supposed to be 28% penalty instead of 20%. Anyone able to confirm this?

Penalties are multiplicative, not additive. So for xp needed to level on a troll/iksar SK, you have 120% (Troll) X 140% (Shadowknight) = 168% penalty.

followed by ogre sk ...

followed by the most populated class/race combo on the planet: iksar monk (44%)
