Font problem

for some reason in many places on my UI I cant see the fonts correctly.

Maybe someone know how to fix this.

Open your Options window. On the General tab there is a spot to change your font on the bottom, right-hand side of the page. Try mucking around with that to see if that fixes it.

I have had the issue on every Emu server ive played on for Eq. I Think it is an issue we are running on resolutions not planned for EQ at the time it was made. Play with your fonts settings I have been able to make it better then what it is but I have never been able to remove it.

The screen resolution has nothing to do with how the fonts are shown on screen. The UI is based around 2005 settings which easily support all levels of scaling, with widescreen monitors having the image cropped top and bottom.

Open your UI_name_project1999.ini file and search for the [Fonts] section. Set it to look like this:

[Fonts]
Font.us.0=Arial

Save and restart. If your still getting an issue with the default UI then its a windows font issue - maybe your using cleartype or some such as a windows option?
