Ivy Etched Armor quest MQable?

Trying to get some armor for my ranger. Some items I have on my higher level monk and some runes on my ranger.

Can I MQ with the monk and ranger?
Can I assume that if the quest giver talks to my monk that I should be able to do it?

I would just collect the items on the monk and hand them in then give it to your ranger. Is your monk iksar or human? Should be able to sneak hand in either way.

I agree, the reward can be traded, do the quests on your monk.

Guess I have to go con them with my human necro, doubt I will have high enough faction tho
