NPC Spawn Issue: Blackwing / Shardwing

I have been camping Shardwing for 4 hours and have noticed an issue. Shardwing and Blackwing currently share the same PH. In my time camping, I have seen 8 Blackwings and 3 Shardwings (no cloaks). Blackwing has the same loot table as the other regular drakes.

Anyway, I believe Blackwing is for the bard epic. I am also under the impression that he does not belong in classic and that his appearance is making it less likely that Shardwing will appear.

I am basing this on the following:

1) the mob is specifically for the bard epic.
2) the mob seems to have the same loot table as regular drakes.
3) there is no mention of Blackwing on Alla prior to 2002.
4) an archived version of Alla from April 16, 2001 has no listing of the mob. The link for that is here: http://web.archive.org/web/200104160....shtml?zone=26
