Default 15 days straight

In the gym. I use hard cardio bi's and tri's for rest days. By next may I will be 30 hopefully weighing 260 at less than 8% body fat . Might even consider doing a show at super heavy.... anyone want to sponsor?

I'm 40 lbs away from being in the 1200 club!!

So is your body ready?

Wait you're at 260 and you're not even doing 1200 lbs? Wtf? I assume you're going off Squat, Deadlift, Bench?

Yep.. bench is lacking. .. only been working out 3 years. .. working off a computer shaped , Sony sponsored body is hard work. I was 330 3 years ago never doing any type of lifting before. Trust me it's harder to hit the 1200 club than most people know

Damn well for health reasons I'm glad you started, congrats on the loss and gains but yeah you should be squatting nearly 500 and Deadlift about the same. At 180 I'm at 1085 with 280 Bench 405 Deadlift and Squat 400. Keep it up though man and don't listen to the trolls you're about to get lol

Oh I am... I also done this with nothing but water and food.... pre work out also.. no offense to the needle users.. but my gainz are clean and earned

Squat 425 , dead lift was a sloppy 405 , bench is 330...
