Quest Issue: Stein of ulissa

yesterday around 9pm i turned in the stein (of water), frost giant toes, sapphire and mermaid scale to vira in the temple of sollusk. After turning it in she did not give me my reward item "Stein of ulissa". After doing some more research i realized i turned in frost giant toes instead of ice giant toes. My group members told me later that i should have recieved the items back since i couldn't complete the quest. when i checked my inventory there was nothing there.
