Name Changes / Surnames ?

Greetings,

I recently happily returned from a long vacation. I am unsure as to how to clear my surname or change it. I have tried /surname to clear and it does nothing. I have also sent 2 petitions in to seek a surname change.

Is there a different way i am unaware of? Like i said the last time i was here with the exception of last 3 weeks was over 2 years ago.

I am not even sure where to post this topic tbh. Any info would be appreciated.

And Rogean, should you see this, does /petition work or get to you all? If not how do i petition GM involvement. Thank you and i'm proud to be playing on your server.
