Miscellaneous: Failed Terrorantula Silk Combines

I have been unable to combine these silks to make the Terrorantula swatches, is this because the Cultural isn't available yet or a possible bug? Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!

Should be active a few months from now. Silk probably should not be dropping at this point.
