Spells: Cannibalize 2

I believe Cannibalize 2 is not giving the proper amount of mana each use. I searched the forums and saw this issue was brought up years ago. I did not see an official answer, and if it was fixed, is it possible it was rolled back?

As a level 40 shaman, I get 28 mana back each cannibalize 2 at the cost of 67 hp.
Cannibalize 1 gives 24 mana at cost of 50 hp.

According to the wiki, Cannibalize 2 is supposed to start at 30 mana and go up from there.

Is this working as intended? Or is the mana return lower than it is supposed to be. Right now Cannibalize 2 is a worse ratio than Cannibalize 1.

Canni2 and 3 are improved about 5 months into Velious.

wiki may not have been updated by players, it pulls values by default from modern day allakhazam and is not tied into the P99 database.

I had seen that from 4 years ago, but I thought maybe it was changed since then (and that was why the wiki was different).

That's too bad, too. Looks like Canni 1 will be better.
