Default Best quad or charm spots for a 53 druid

Thinking about leveling my druid again and would like to quad or charm, preferably quad and preferably in Velious. So where shoud I go?!

Quad options I know of off hand: raptors, barbarian guards in EF (can't remember names), Cobalt Scar (but it's packed), Wakening Land may have some options, Burning Woods might be good.

Charming: kedge, bear pits in perma, WL has some stuff for me still at 51, then western wastes is an option but that's 55 plus with dragon faction.

Before I sac'd down I did most of 53 in groups, with spirocs for 52. I still haven't done much on velious so I can't really provide much insight other than based off memory.

You could try sentient suits of armor in WL. I started quadding them at 54. Will need a pretty decent sized mana pool though, or just make sure to bring a Lumi staff.
