My lads, what kind of young will you be? Simplicity. Zero tolerance for drama and elitism. We openly recruit, however we will not hesitate to remove annoying people. All time zones. No level requirements. No ugly website. No applications. No registrations. No corny guild meetings. No corrupt guild banks. No taxation without representation. No bullshit. Need a guild to level with before you jump to the poop sock leagues? What about your alts? Want to hide from the homo erotic advances of your current guild? We will do planar clears this Summer, and the loot will be /random. Guests are welcome to attend. (Isn't that a pickup raid? Shut up, your face is a pickup raid.) I have ran every kind of guild there is for over ten years. I've seen them come, and I've seen them go. I know what works and what doesn't. Think hard about these questions. Play some shooty hoops with your dad and admire a woman's child bearing thighs before you answer these. Do guild applications really filter bad people? Are applicant trial periods for casual guilds actually helpful? Do level requirements really filter out bad players? How many guilds have you seen try to overreach themselves and complicate everything? How many guilds hold onto annoying and childish people without dropping the hammer on these young miscreants? Is there a logical point to any of this? Tell me, where did you lose your way? When did you start to believe this crap? Who am I asking these questions? Do a barrel roll.
