Do not see any servers

So I have installed EQ and dropped in the P99 folder and made the necessary changes to files and have everything pointed in the right direction but when I login in it says that I only own 4 of 11 expansions and it is asking if I want to patch the content for the other expansions. It is also blank at the server selection screen and I did not do any type of patching as all of the warnings say not to. I've tried doing the eqgame.exe icon and the Launchplatinum.bat file and both take me to the same place. I can see the P1999 EULA in the beginning and then it asks for station name and station password.

I have updated all drivers recently before trying to install and run the game. Is there something else i'm missing here? I've searched through forums for awhile looking for solutions to problems such as this one but did not find any solution.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated as I would really love to get back into old school EQ.
