Complete an epic before 46?

I know you can't equip it till 46, but can you still quest it and put it on the toon before then? Specifically the rog epic?

If i understand the update correctly, the only thing that was changed was to put a flag on the epic weapons that requires the wearer to be level 46 in order to equip.

There has been, to my knowledge, no statement from Nilbog or anyone else that anything else has been changed.

This is correct, you can still do the quest
