Default paladin - divine might

Is this quest worth doing? It adds a proc? Unless im reading incorrectly, i don't see how much damage it does.

Also, have to fight a guy with 11k hp. Seems troublesome

Worth it. I almost always have DM on when playing, it's an added proc and an extra junk buff that I don't have to target myself for.

Hardest part is of the quest is getting finger bones from phinny room.

The damage is well nigh pointless, +1 dps vs. mobs with low MR, whoop-dee-doo, and on a character class that has shittier damage output than all others save cleric and doesn't rely on damage output to perform it's useful roles, but...

Sage nailed it: it's a junk buff you don't have to target. If it didn't have such a moronicly long cast time it would be a great junk buff, as it is it's useful tho.

If you have everything else you need, go ahead and quest for Divine Might. You'll want it eventually if for no other reason than the Paladin never receives a replacement or upgrade for it. Certainly you should collect as many of the pieces for the quest as you can while you level. If you don't, you'll regret it later. That being said, the quest is done only by spending an amount of platinum that's best described as non-trivial to the typical leveling Paladin. I'd put off questing Divine Might till later if my choice was between, say, the spell versus buying a haste item.

Never got it. I don't find it to be necessary but it's not unnecessary, either. If you can do it, do it. Doesn't hurt to have.
