Friend of the Tunarian Court subquest broken?

More specifically the foraging part of the Tunarian Court quest, Crest of the Wood Nymphs http://wiki.project1999.com/Crest_of...d_Nymphs_Quest

I've been in EJ and FoB for several multiple hour sessions spamming forage and haven't seen either of the items that are supposed to be foraged. Has anyone successfully foraged all of the items?
