The Monk's hand-to-hand skill cap has been raised to a level equal to their one-handed blunt skill
remove Locket of Escape
Rod of Annihilation - rare beyond belief then removed- caretaker, sebilis
remove Blade of the Black Dragon Eye, replace on loot table as Blade of the Green Dragon Eye
Circlet of Shadow nerfed to circlet of shadows
Jade Chokidai Prod - was originally war/rng/shd/brd/rog/shm, nerfed to shmn only

Was browsing through old patches and found that tidbit. To my knowledge h2h still caps lower than 1hb in p99.

Was this missed or am I just smoking crack?

According to where we are on the timeline, monk hand to hand skill should be lifted to the same caps as 1hb and 2hb then.

I bugreported it a few times, it seems to be suffering from the same bug paladin defense skills are

If you were to follow that timeline you'd assume CoS would have been nerfed already as well. which it hasnt... as that comes with the June patch! so i'm thinking that this monk hand to hand skill isn't being reported properly or just overlooked as some of those notes are presented at the wrong time.

These bugs are very interesting considering that the Titanium client *defaults* to the higher, correct values. Sometimes I wonder if perhaps, due to staff churn, the current P1999 staff has lost the knowledge of how to revert some of the changes former project members have made over the years.
