NPC Spawn Issue: corrupted hill giant

zone: rathe mountains

npc: corrupted hill giant

time: ~ 5 am pst

issue: i tracked a corrupted hill giant and he wasn't where track said he'd be. i cleared a bunch of regular hgs, even broog bloodbeard, and the corrupted hg would not spawn. this is clearly a bug, as i remember this npc always being up before in the spot where tracking said he ought to be. i found this related thread where someone had the same issue.
