Default Necro splitting, specifically dungeons?

My question, for example, would be how would a lower level necro go about splitting the spiders at the entrance to upper guk? Just FD and pet far enough away to be backed off for the split?

How about a level 20 necro in solb?

I understand numb the dead, and regular FD pulling, but it seems like the pet is somewhat needed in a dungeon even vs lower conning mobs.

Thanks in advance for any advice on properly playing a necro in the aforementioned situations.

(I did research this some, I didn't find any really good answers, most pertained to more specific camps at higher level.)

Snare mob, run back, FD. Mobs reset except snared mob, when they've fully reset. Stand and kill snared mob.

Alternatively use Screaming Terror. If it sticks the mob you cast it on will stay there for 18 seconds, run away with the other mob you aggroed and FD. When Screaming Terror ends because the mob hasn't moved it will instantly memblur and you can stand and aggro the other mob you pulled. If the other mob is in a safe location you can have your pet attack it to keep it still while you wait for it to be safe to stand up.

Great answer [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] thanks ! I'll have to work on perfecting this! I was trying the snare routine in guk. But those spiders are 12-17 so it can be tough.

The method Daldaen recommends is explained in Sesserdrix's necro guide on the Wiki, along with many other good ideas for a growing Necro. I recommend you check it out.
