Stuck in West Cabalis

Hey there. I just started on p99 and made an Iksar necro. After exploring and trying to find where my spells are I got stuck in the maze in West Cabalis. Im currently standing next to the npc " a forbidden scribe". Anyone remember how to get out? Sad to say I've been trying for 30mins. Guess I'm not that great at mazes. I would kill myself and just start over but friend gave me plat to buy my spells and dont want to lose it.

Also are the necromancer npcs that sell the spells located in the maze? Thanks in advance for any help!!
