Necromancer Skullcap 1st Rank
The apprentice skullcap quest asks for 4 sarnak brains and you get the apprentice skullcap. This quest currently is also refunding the 4 brains in addition to giving out the apprentice skullcap 1st rank.
Coupled with the call of bones illusion sending your faction from scowls to indifferent with brood of kotiz, I only needed to kill a few forsaken iksar to hit amiable and begin the quest. Once I did the turn in I was able to exploit my way to max reputation with brood of kotiz in about 4 minutes by repeatedly turning in the brains over and over. This process should require the killing of around 1100 mobs instead.

|
Seems like a large number of quests return the hand-in and give out the reward as well. Is this some more general bug?
