Deleveling Cap?

I remember on Rallos and Zek it being like 9 or 10, what is it here currently or does anyone know?

the only cap I remember is your skills get capped when u delevel to 4 levels above. eg if ur 20 and capped at 100 skill in 1hs then you delevel 5 levels to 15 ur skills will be capped at the equivalent of level 19 (4 above your current level). this was to prevent deleveled twinks from rolling around at level 15 with skills of a level 60. also, no idea if any of this is activated here

I have dlvld skill set on a toon and the max on p99 is 2 lvls, its in the patch notes somewhere

on live you could dlvl a 55 toon to 20 with 200 skills

here its not classic but w/e hope your question is answered

i believe you and agree it was unrestricted on live early on, but i also recall them patching that one fairly quickly, like velious.

Yes there was no skill cap til end of luclin or pop. I remember this cause of inmabeli triple backstabbing me at lvl 20 with full AAs in effect as well lol.

Even though the two lvls above skill cap isn't classic I'm glad it's in. Delvl pvp just isn't the same like it was on live.
