Couple of issues.

On handing in 4 teeth, faction changes included FirionaVie got better. AllaK (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=412) shows it as Inhabitants of FirionaVie

The quest text on handing in should include the text 'Fine Work _(insert name here)_' but said 'Fine Work, Vokal' (no idea where it got the name from)

The classic name for the faction was FirionaVie. So instances of inhabitants should be the same.
