Naltons Mark bug?

Does this spell give 406 HP or 525 HP? I see a bug where I can only regen to the difference between these amounts. Could be just display but I'm always at 2147/2266 HP (94% displayed HP). Can't regen any higher. The difference is the same 119 HP

That 94% health thing is a bug, it's been around in small amounts for years. Usually camping out/in will sort it.
