Default Memory error

New to p99 and, I apologize, as I'm sure this has been talked about before. I searched and could not find it so, here goes. I have installed and reinstalled eq titanium a few times. Tried different methods of setup, each one several times. I've tried the step by step instructions in the forums and I've tried eqwin2. I get through the login, select my server, and just as the game starts, I get the loading screen and the same error appears each time. It's a memory error. I've read a few things about multicore processors. I have an amd phenom II x6. I think this may be the reason. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be fantastic. I have the latest patch file, 42 I believe. I have also never logged in on p99 before.

The instruction at 0x00000000038645B4 referenced memory at 0x000000000360F06C. the memory could not be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program.

Tips from Valve when getting this error

Most of the advice there is probably relevant. Are you using integrated graphics? Do any other games give you this error?

This is the only game that has given me this error. I play a little Diablo 3, have played WoW, Guild Wars 2, and a few others. It is a dedicated video card. Radeon r9 280. Checking on your post. I really appreciate your help. I'll let you know if it works.

I have disabled everything at startup. The only thing running is wineq2.15. I get the same error as before.

*Even turned off eqwin2.15, and tried running from the "Launch Titanium" shortcut, same thing.

Is it because I'm running a 64 bit processor?

I'm trying the FAQ located here
https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=94928
My ini file isn't exactly the same as what it says.

WinEQWidth=1280
WinEQHeight=720
WindowedWidth=1920
WindowedHeight=1080
Width=1920
Height=1080
WidthWindowed=1280
HeightWindowed=720

I'm trying my native resolution, doesn't work either. do the resolutions look right?

Alright, I restarted everything, again. And for some reason, this time it worked. Thanks for the help, see you in game.

Awesome. "Restarted everything" meaning what specifically?

If you're pretty sure you know what fixed it, posting it here will maybe help others.
