Unhappy Accounts banned?

First off I would just like to say that I love this server! It reminds me of younger days... However, I digress.

A few weeks ago my son and I started playing here. We both got up to level 18, casually playing (I only get to see him on the weekends). Tonight when we went to log in to play together we both received pop-up messages saying that our accounts were banned. This server and game is one of the only ways that I have to bond with my son, and now it is all ruined.

I understand that you have been having hacker problems or something of that sort as I browsed through some other posts while waiting for my registration email to be delivered. I completely understand that these things happen. If there is any way to have this problem remedied quickly I would love to know what steps I can take.

Post, be mature and respectful, and dont try lying to us. People who follow that little suggestion generally get treated with more respect than the idiots who try to flaunt their small dicks around because they are 'SOMETHING IN P99' whereas in reality, the only people who recognize their name are the other idiots who think they, too, are above the rules.

If this is really true, you should reevaluate your parenting strategy.

Unless of course the kid is grown up and has moved away to college or something. In which case it'd make perfect sense that something like MMO's would be one of the few ways they'd have to spend much time together.
