![]() I died at around -50, 0 in Grobb because of a client crash, respawned (naked obviously) at around 0, 0 when I came back on, and was a bit suspicious since I was sure I was bound elsewhere, so I suicided myself on the priest of discord and respawned at around -100, 0, my actual bind spot. Why would this happen?

![]() Because you died and crashed before zoning, the ether coughed you up at no position (0, 0) in the previous zone. The client actually has to request to warp to its home zone and position upon death or interesting stuff like this can happen.
Also if you die after successfully gating but before being removed from the zone, you zone right back in to the same (X, Y) as before, fully equipped, no corpse, with full health and I believe no exp loss. Obviously you didn't die, but the client/server transposed your position somewhere.. | ||
