What's needed to kill triggered Faydedar?

Hey fellas, would any epic-holding druids (or not) be able to share what sort of kill force is needed to kill the triggered Faydedar? I believe now that Velious is out, the trigger dwarf is a two hour spawn (if that's correct) - but I'm wondering what sort of groups I'll have to try and put together to have a shot at this guy.
