CB Belts/Pads are quest items looted from crushbone orcs you can turn in to the dwarf warrior guild leader in Kaladim for experience and random cheap gear you can sell as vendor junk for some gold. They're a good source of experience that people use to skip past the first ~10 levels. If I recall correctly, 7 bags of belts can get you to level 6-7. Unfortunately evil classes/races cannot do this quest, only those that are in good terms with the dwarves.
