I've done this MQ and gotta say it's pretty simple, hand in the orders then kill the chief and whoever wants the ring loots the head and turn it in to the dwarf ONLY after he yells "CHARGE!". The dwarf will turn indifferent to everyone even if you are max kos or max faction. Totally worth it imo

been able to afford it for a long time, just dont see the point in overpaying when i can wait, have bought 3 mry bp, each was less than 55k
